Posts have been slower than normal thanks to me being on Holiday vacay in Chicago right now and news being slow as all hell this week. But here goes:
Kelly R. was in Singapore last week for a store opening:
She looks goreous as usual. On the gossip tip: Word has it Kelly is dating LeBron James' manager Maverick Carter. I wouldn't be surprised as she was spotted sitting behind the Cavs (LeBron's team) bench at the Nets v. Cavs game last week.
She was trying to hide out from the tv cameras that were hounding Jay and B the whole game over on the Nets bench. Mmmhmm.
Kelly is also in the January issue of Essence:
So fabulous.
Randy Jackson was spotted with his daughter Geneieve at the White Carpet Christmas celebration recently:
Another pic:
She is definitely a fab chick. And if Randy doesn't look like his Papa Joe......just a puffier version.
Mimi hosted the Niche Media and Hendrix Vodka's Holiday Party at Hotel Jerome yesterday in Aspen:

Cute look.
But this lil outfit she was rockin in Aspen a few days ago:

Is a no-no.
Look who's pregnant self was on camera at her man's game the other day:

Siovaughn Wade it is. She's lookin' quite fabulous preggers. Even with the chi chis out and about on display. Rep ya man girl...
Here are a couple cute and recent parent/baby pics:

Monie Love and her son are too cute. Too bad she lost her DJ job this week thanks to Jeezy walking out on her interview. Yessir.

And Angie Bassett and Cortney B. Vance were photo'd with their twin kiddies. Loves it!
Eve was spotted shopping in Hollywood a couple days before Christmas:

Damn this Lion King 'do she insists on rockin.
And here is Usher's official and exclusive full statement on the death of his mentor James Brown:
"We have lost yet another prolific artist and one of America's greatest cultural icons. My heart goes out to all of his family. He taught so many valuable lessons through his music in such a positive way. I celebrate his career for his words of inspiration. "This is a man's world but it would be nothing without a woman..." In a time of racial segregation when we needed to know that black wasn't bad he taught us to be proud. Having personally taught me how to get on the "good foot" I'll never forget our performances together. All these memories will live on in my heart forever. He is the example of what you do with what God gives you. He was not only the Godfather of Soul, he was the Godfather to the entire music industry. James Brown was the greatest. He was the best! He was a real man,one who fought so desperately to change the minds of a crippled world...a world of ignorance and separation. He was one that always lifted his hand to help those in need. God Blessed us with James Brown. The Heavenly Father has called him home where he will be rewarded for the love, heart, spirit, andsoul he blessed us all with. I guess God just couldn't take seeing the Soul Brotha #1 from the nosebleed seats anymore. I will miss you, my friend."
The Randomness:
- Janet's next single is going to be "With You".
Stay tuned for the YBF Year In Review!
