Today they left Bangkok and headed to Australia for the "down under" portion of Jay's World Tour. I guess this counts as vacay for Beyonce because she is surely traveling like this is her damn tour.

On the gossip tip: Word has it that Diana Ross is NOT a fan of the new Dreamgirls movie and is starting a negative campaign to ruin B's chances of being Oscar worthy. (Assuming she had any...) Oh lady Di, if this is how you want to spend your days, do you mama. But I'm sure this is a whole lot of wasted energy if true.

3. We're appraching the end of Breast Cancer Awareness month. To all of my YBF ladies and even men, be sure to do a manual breast self-exam. Many times women who are diagnosed with breast cancer are the ones who found the lump themselves, which was overlooked by their doctor. Also, 95% of women diagnosed with breast cancer have no family history of breast cancer, and the age of women diagnosed is decreasing. So if you are in your mid-late 20's, now is the time to be extremely aware.
