An industry insider has informed me that Laila Ali and former NFLer Curtis Conway got engaged over the Christmas holidays. But the source also says they don't know how long the engagement will last when Curtis wakes the hell up to see Laila is micromanaging and controlling him. Apparently his last relationship fizzled because of the same thing. Hmmm....
