New Premieres, New Music

The Smokin' Aces premiere went down last night in Hollywood:

One of the stars of the movie Alicia Keys stepped out fabulously. Loves the whole look.

And of course her lil boo Kerry was there too.

Kanye and Alexis were there:

I have a feeling this wedding will go down in Neverary.

And Vanessa Williams looked as cute as she could in some silver satin.

Co-star Common was there. Lookin' yummy too.

And at the afterparty:

Kanye and AK kicked it.

And clearly Ben Affleck liked what he saw. Mmhmm.

And AK and her Moms had some fun.

The Dreamgirls crew is on their world tour of premiering the movie:

Most of the cast was at the Paris premiere this week.

And J-Hud and Beyonce were at the Berlin press conference yesterday:

Fun times.

Paris Bennet's (the chick from last season's American Idol) publicist sent over some new music and promo shots of her. She's releasing her new album called Princess P (her nickname) soon and she just shot the video for her first single "
Ordinary Love". Check out a few shots:

And all you B5 fans can start your hate:

Dustin from the group plays her love interest in the vid.

Speaking of love interest...

@ a Golden Globes afterparty Monday

Is there something you need to tell us Nia? Apparently, NBA baller Cuttino Mobley is her new love interest she tried to remain quiet aboiut in the new issue of Essence. She did hint her new man was a sports man...

Kelis' label shockingly gave her another single. It's called "Lil Star" and here's the brand new video:

Y'all know I'm a Kelis fan, but a fan of this video--or song--I am not. Cee-Lo should have jacked this vid for Gnarls Barkely though.

And for a lil bit of new artist shine:

I first heard Elisabeth Withers on her song "Be With You" and I loved it. Now she's released another single called "Simple Things". Her album It Could Happen To Anyone hits stores January 30th.

The Randomness:
  1. Isaiah Washington has officially apologized for saying the "F-Word" at the Globes, but I have a hunch his ass is still getting fired. Especially with petitions going around and boycotts of ABC due to this whole on-set/Golden Globes incident. Please believe it. Even though nothing has been proven about him saying the slur on set months ago, he should have never repeated the word again Monday night. One day celebs will learn...
