It looks like we may just have a YBF chick moving into that Miss USA spot. Rumor has it that the current Miss USA (Miss Kentucky, Tara Conner) is getting dethroned because she goes all Lindsay Lohan/Paris Hilton at the NY bars too often. And ya'll know the Miss USA organization doesn't play with "inappropriate behavior". So word is that Miss California Tamiko Nash will be crowned Miss USA since she was first runner up back in April.

- The Golden Globe nominations came out this morning. Of course they decided to bill Beyonce' with a Best Actress in a Motion Picture Musical Award for Dreamgirls, while nominating J-Hudson for Best Actress in a Supporting Role in the movie. Interesting. Eddie Murphy is nominated for Best Actor in a Supporting Role for a Motion Picture Musical and "Listen" is nominated for Best Original Song. Will Smith and Forest Whitaker received nomination for Best Performance by an Actor for a Motion Picture Drama. Get the rest of the noms here.
