Dreamgirls NY Premiere

The Dreamgirls frenzy has officially kicked off with the premiere last night at NY's Ziegfield Theater:

Eddie hit the scene with his now girlfriend Tracey Edmunds:

Eddie's been caught on tape claiming--loud and clear--he doesn't know who Mel B.'s baby daddy is and they are definitely over and done. Oh Eddie.

Beyonce was there in her usual style--a see throughish pinkish dress. She loves to wear those to premieres:

And the fabulous Jennifer Hudson hit up the red carpet all glammed up:

I see she's been taking posing classes with a lacefront class elective. That's her mom on the left in the last pic.

And Anika Noni Rose was there to round out the Dreamgirls crew. I am lovin' that dress.

Fabulous. Too bad folks feel the need to pit black women against each other though. On the gossip tip: Beyonce has squashed rumors over at People that she and Jennifer H. had any beef on set. She says she's not jealous of Jennifer and she knew Deena was not the star role when she took it. Ooooh did B really say she could have gained 20 pounds to play Effie if she was offered the role? Damn.

Tyler Perry made an appearance.

Queen Latifah and Jen Hudson spent some QT.

And Lenny Kravitz hit up the carpet without his attached at the hip daughter Zoe.

The Randomness:

1. I wonder why no other members of D-Child were there at the premiere. Hmmm. And funny how Jay threw B a party for her b-day and gave her a million dollar Rolls. But where was Jay last night? Mmmhmm. I assume they had some QT after the premiere. Jay made a too quick appearance on the red carpet. Plus Page Six is reporting that B is planning a "surprise" party for him that will take place over a 4-day period next weekend. And they're saying one day is likely going to be a surprise wedding. Whatev. Like Jay-Z does surprise weddings...
2. So now Andy Dick is hopping on stage at the improv calling people n*iggers? WTF?! I'm done.
