Jay-Z Hits Up 8 Cities+Other Fabness

So Jay-Z's Hanger Tour kicked off this morning. Noone knows where the performance locations will be in each of the 8 cities today, but I hear the one here in DC is going to be at Howard U. post the football game today. The only way to cop tix is from your radio stations. He kicked off things at 6AM in the ATL:
