Damn. The sad news continues. Last night as I was forced to watch ESPN SportsCenter as usual by the boyfriend, I heard them talk about T.O. having an "adverse reaction" to the painkillers he's been taking for his broken finger. I already had gotten suspicious after that statement. Then this morning, ESPN reported that Terrell Owens was actually attempting suicide by overdosing on the painkillers. He answered "Yes" when the Fire and Rescue team discovered him and asked him if he tried to hurt himself on purpose. But T.O. and his people are not confirming at this time that it was a suicide attempt.
Now I know T.O. has had some serious drama over the last few years playing for the Eagles and now the Cowboys, but this right here is unfortunate. Staying in the gossip mill all the times like him can have a serious affect on some people. He's also been in the rumor mill often about his on again off again engagement with a former NFL cheerleader named Felicia. So my prayers go out to him while he recovers.
