He was spotted with his new girlfriend Cacee Cobb (Jessica Simpson's BFF/ex-assistant) Thursday afternoon at the Coffee Bean in LA. I'm gonna need for him to finalize his divorce before he is out and about claiming this Cacee Cobb chick is his girlfriend.

Edit: I hear from a reliable source that he claims he has been officially divorced since circa March 2005. I have heard differently from several folks though. Regardless, still an odd couple.
