TODAY IS THE LAST DAY TO REGISTER TO VOTE!
...for Louisiana residents of Orleans and surrounding parishes (whether you're physically here in Louisiana or somewhere else).
Of course "the people" are not going to let you know that today is the last day, so we have to find these things out for ourselves. All this drama going on with 2/3 of the Louisiana community being out of the state...and the state wants to do a rush job of an election...is seriously messed up. Jesse Jackson is down here trying to change the election date of Aprill 22, but things aren't looking good. BUT...the deadline to register is not going to change. IT'S TODAY! Take some proactive measures and register to vote.
(Voter registration forms cannot be faxed...only mailed in or hand delivered.)
